We require the property to be cleaned before we arrive so as to avoid damage to our stock. There will need to be at least 48 hours between a carpet clean and the staging to allow for drying.

We can be flexible and tailor to your needs.

Unfortunately not due to potential damage or theft of stock.

We have a minimum staging time-period of four weeks. We can remove the furniture but there would be no refund for the unused time.
